It has beautiful views throughout the four seasons.
Located in the Kano district, this Zen Buddhist temple was established in 1374. It is famous for its six graceful gardens, including the "Kakusui no Niwa" created by Mirei Shigemori, known as the "Sesshu of the Showa Era."
As a place where you can enjoy sceneries that change with the seasons, this place is known for its autumn foliage. With a reservation, you can also experience zazen (seated Zen meditation) or copy sutras while overlooking these beautiful gardens.
