Safety tips
The Japan Agency Tourism recommends utilizing the Safety tip application for international visitors as it can be useful for collecting information during a natural disaster.
Safety Tips は、日本(にほん)で 災害(さいがい)が おこったときに、 役(やく)にたつ情報(じょうほう)を 知(し)ることができる アプリです。
This application sends out notifications in 15 languages (English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Tagalog, Nepalese, Khmer, Burmese, Mongolian) regarding earthquakes, tsunamis, weather warnings, and volcanic eruptions happening inside Japan.
